Special Projects & Products is the smaller, more bespoke half of what we do. We split it into two halves: standard finishes installed at a high standard (flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, media rooms) and one-off pieces (custom furniture, custom epoxy) built from scratch in our workshop for a single client. Nothing here is mass-produced.

What's the typical lead time on a custom furniture piece?
From signed-off sketch to installed piece is 6–12 weeks for most items, longer for hardwood pieces that need acclimatization. Custom epoxy pours add 3–4 weeks for full cure.
Can I bring my own designer?
Absolutely. Our shop builds to any designer's drawings — we'll value-engineer for fabricability and source materials, but the design stays yours.
Do you sell off-the-shelf?
No. Everything in Special Projects is built per-order. If you want a catalog piece, we're not the right shop.
